well all i can tell you is im 6'1 and weigh about 215lb and i ride my 2000 zrex 1100 100 miles a day to work and on weekends i easily ride 3 to 400 miles... ...

Anytime I take the Rex out its a minimum of 300 miles. Stock seat and windscreen and no bar risers either. I've done many many 4, 5, 6, 700 and even a 1000...

In general the later models of a given bike are better as the deficiencies in the original design have been rectified. ZRX 1100 didn't have meny deficiencies...
