Mine is also off by 10% as compared to the GPS reading. Most bikes
are.
The actual speed is about 10% lower than what the speedometer is
telling you.
At an indicated 60 mph, the GPS shows 54-55.
I did record a peak speed on one ride of 236 mph, though. Since I don't
remember plunging off any cliffs or falling from an airplane on that ride,
I think the GPS "burped" or something.
