Esslinger is testign a new ZX2 exhaust cam now. Its designed for more higher RPM use and may work with your motor. Tits the same lift as their .405" list...

Folis I would suggest you go back to original settings on the carbs. Whatever they are supposed to be. I am assuming you have a Weber rebuild/settings book....
