Got the belts and balancer. Have it TDC but need to find how to set the timing
marks. Any advise would help greatly.

One set is used only to set the distributor timing. This is the set that has
the numbers: 10 and 20. Don't use. Keep turning the flywheel until 3 slashes
appear. The three lines are used only to set the timing belts. Use the center
slash to time the belts. Install the 1st belt by lining up the dot in the
camshaft sprocket with the notch in the timing belt cover. Next step is very
important. Rotate the engine a full 360 degrees. The dot on the sprocket you
just installed the 1st belt will now have moved to the 6:00 position.
(camshafts rotate at 1/2 crankshaft speed) Line up the center slash mark with
the pointer and install the 2nd belt exactly like the first belt install: dot
and notch in alignment. When finished one dot will be in the 6:00 position
(first belt) and the other in the 12:00 position (2nd belt).
