We are an independently-run group dedicated to building the R.Q. Riley XR3 hybrid high efficiency vehicle or similar vehicles.

NOTE: If you don't know, the XR-3 is the latest in a long series of plans based vehicles designed by Robert Q. Riley. It may also be his first actual production vehicle. It is designed as a high mileage hybrid, but all options are on the table. It can be built as an EV, a conventional ICE vehicle, or anything else you wish. If you have an interest in this please feel free to join us. This group is not associated with R. Q. Riley, financially or organizationally, though we do like his designs.
