This Sunday the 27th is a "Riders Choice" ride.  We will meet for
breakfast at Bob's Big Boy in Burbank at 8:00am.  Over breakfast we
will discuss where we would like to ride and we will leave at
9:00am.  This worked out well last month, so we're doing it again.
This could be the opportunity to do the ride you've always wanted to
do!

Also, If you get this E-mail in time, tonight (Friday the 25th) I
will be playing at "Mabel's Roadhouse" in Santa Clarita from 9:00pm

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend.  Renee and I had
some time off together so we took advantage of it!  We just finished
the Calendar and Newsletter and they are now available on our
Website.  This might be the last time that Renee and I will have four
days together for a while since hiatus is ending fast!

Dear Chapter Members and Friends:

At our business meeting last week, it was discovered that so many
members were going to be out of town for the 4th of July weekend,
that we decided to cancel our breakfast meeting on July 2nd.  The
Allan Thomas ride has been re-scheduled so don't worry about missing
it.  You can still show up at Hill Street Cafe for breakfast if you
like, there just won't be many bikes there.

Everybody make it a SAFE holiday weekend, and we'll catch you on the

This Saturday the 13th we will depart from Denny's Roxford (Just off
the 5 Fwy., just south of the 210 Fwy.) at 3:00pm.  This is our first
Saturday Dinner Ride so I hope to see a good turnout.  We plan to go
to Ojai for Mexican food, but Rick will bring some other choices just
in case our tastes have changed.  There are two gas stations right
next to Denny's so be sure to top off before we leave since we may
take a long route to dinner.

I was looking at a map and the Auto Club travel guide in reference to the
"reunion" next month...There are no motels in Plymouth or anywhere particularly
near...Any idea what the "reunion"will consist of?  I'm a little concerned about
being stuck in the middle of nowhere with not much to do...

Now for something completely different.  Some of you might remember
Wen Harris.  Wen was a member of Chapter "S" for a while till he
moved up north an joined Chapter "O".  After that he moved up to
Washington.  Wen has turned up on a "Missing Persons" list.  He has
been missing since April 1st.  If anyone has any information where
Wen might be, PLEASE contact me and I will put you in contact with
the proper authorities.  His bike has been found but Wen and his car
have vanished.

Dear Chapter Members and Friends:

This Sunday the 2nd at 8:30am is our monthly breakfast meeting at the
Hill Street Cafe in Burbank.  After the meeting we will be heading to
the Peterson Museum for the "Cars & Guitars" exhibit.  The Peterson
is making us a GREAT DEAL on bringing a group of people from
Chapter "S" and GWTA.  We get discounts on admission, Free parking
(as long as you ride your bike).  A free tour, and just a great day
all around.  We have to bring a minimum of 10 people.  More than that
raised their hands at our last meeting, so let's take over the
Peterson Museum this Sunday and have a fun afternoon together.
