Westfield can supply both, although they are the current-spec items. There may
need to be some 'fettling' of both to make them fit perfectly. It may very well
be easier(?) to have a local trim shop work both items up for you.

Have a look at this thread for the brass screws on a Lotus Eleven. Not sure if
those are exactly what you have though:

Should be for an MGB, but you should check the number of threads available for
the knockoffs. The original Midget hubs really aren't sufficient.
