CRUISE THE SMOKIES IV, GATLINBURG, TN, MAY 13-15, 2005



Kick off Friday night cookout in the garden at the Homestead House
(formerly Open Hearth Hotel).

Saturday morning enjoy the hot breakfast buffet at the hotel
followed by cruising 45 miles to Bryson City, NC. In Bryson City we
will board the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad on the Nantahala Gorge
4.5 hours scenic train journey. Highlights include the Horseshoe
Curve, Fontana Lake Trestle, Tennessee River, and the Nantahala
River Gorge. Beer and wine can be purchased on the train in the
Club Car, and lunch can be purchased on the train in Slow Joe's

group rate so please contact me to be added to the e-mail list for
the price of the train excursion and cutoff date for reservations
later.

Make your hotel reservations at the Homestead House by calling 1-800-
233-4663, and mention you are with the PT Cruiser Group. (This is
the same hotel we used the last 3 years). The room rates are $60 per
night and this includes the hot breakfast buffet. The block of rooms

If you intend on coming to the cookout on Friday night, the charge
is $15 per person which will cover the food, tax and tip, and is
payable to Becky Allen, 302 Springfield Drive, Bristol, TN 37620,
received no later than April 13, 2005. There will be NO extensions
or exceptions made to the cutoff date. This is the only way that I
can get an accurate head count to give the hotel. Please email me
