it's like a radiator, but with only air going through it (Not water) that cools the air before it enters the pump side of the turbo, creating a more dense air...

The front bumper needs to be moved forward 6 inches. The charge air cooler fits in front of the radiator, the tubes need to be routed to the turbo and intake....
