From memory, I think the Eurovan motor makes only 140HP, but with more torque low in the band than the car version. I would get a manual for both vehicles to see if there are any physical mounting differences, and I would expect to have to buy an entire motor including injectors, intake, MAF and ECU. I bet the cams are the biggest difference between the motors.
