check your flexible brake hoses,they look good from
outside but if they arre old they will be swelled
inside making it very hard to stop.I have this happen
to me many times when I buy old cars.Dont forget the
line on the rearend.

Hi Warren. I had that exact same problem on my '63 T. If you can confirm that the vacuum line from the booster to the intake manifold is not the culprit...
