I haven't heard of any problems on the Bevelheads list with respect to using unleaded fuel, so I think you are probably okay. Maybe keep an eye on valve...

Using unleaded fuel in an engine designed for leaded will do one thing mainly. That is the erosion of the valve seat. The seat are not as hard as modern ones...
