Hi There!!
We have a redone Shasta in the pics its a 69,My husband painted it and
somwone emailed me wanting to know what paint we used.I thought I would
try to make it easier on any of you that wish to paint. All he used was
a good grade of paint and it --IS-- brushed on,not sprayed. You really
cant tell the difference if you use a good paint.Just trying to help.
As soon as pics are approved I posted pics of the instant air
conditioner shelf and pic of normal small air conditioner.Works great
for us.Will be in Shasta1969 redone
popette,
could you email me those pictures of your a/c install. i've got a 61 shasta so
i don't know how it will work for me. but i'm still curious how you did yours.

I am surprise no one commented on the air conditioner shelf I posted.I
thought you would all be amazed at how simple it was and how great it
worked.popette
I've been meaning to go the the group web page and look for the link, just
haven't taken the time. I do appreciate you're posting this. I find that
going to the group page and searching for stuff takes more than a couple of
clicks, so I put off the task until I know I will need something.

From the pictures I couldn't quite figure it out. Do you have a pic of it in
use ? What do you do with the window ?

Poppette,
I went to look, is it in the folder "1969 Shasta Redone"?? If so, I'm not sure
how you have the a/c set up? From what I could see, you did a great job on the
trailer, but a lot of the pictures are itty bitty and I couldn't see much.

My husband and I need to know if this trunk is supposed to be there? I
posted pics today. I hope they come through. Any feedback would be
appreciated. We restore little old campers and find them good homes. We
are retired and like doing this.
I just wanted to send out an E-mail to let everyone know that I just
listed a shasta wing (only one) that came off my 1968 Shasta 1400. If
you are looking for a set, or want to complete a set, don't miss this
one. It is listed under "SHASTA TRAILER WING" Thanks Scott
Hi Steve:
Awsome - what will you be asking for the 62? Where in Lone Star State are you
located?

Goodmorning,
Well it's that time of year to start thinking about camping again, and
what better way to do it than with the 2nd annual Trailers in the
Trees Rally held in Northern California. The rally will take place May
30 thru June 1, 2008 in Felton. This is the weekend after Memorial Day.
If you would like a registration form or more information, just send
me an email auntpenny06@ yahoo.com. We are looking forward to a great
vintage camping season with old friends, and making some new ones.

Hi,
We have decided to "go fulltime" and it would be alittle cramped in our
little Shasta LoFlyte..so we have decided to offer her to a new home.
Asking price $1000...We have traveled and camped with it from NY to
Michegan and to Maine...Gas light works, stove and oven works great,
furnace...trailer lights...had it serviced when we bought it to be sure
it was "Safe" and had new pump handle put on the sink...everything in
working order...no icebox but have small fridge that can go with
it...has plug wired in for it... Gaucho needs to be recovered...I did
recover the dinette and it has new curtains...email for more info and
pics...
