You will not have a 1962 Baja as they were not being made in India until the 1990s I suspect you have a 1992 model in which case it will depend on the model....

Yes, Bajaj was producing Vespas under license (from early 60s, maybe as early as 59). The agreement ended in the 60s but they carried on producing them...
