Sunny, I'll buy all the beers you can drink, only if you eat a giant loaf of
bread first, we don't want to lose any bearings now.

and Bill, thank you for explaining the issue to Paul. And Paul, I'm not much
into long emails dealing with semantics and why I work on my own bikes, only
that after twenty years I know how to turn a wrench and if I'm stuck I'll refer
to my friends, two of which were mentioned by Bill who run local shops, nuff
said...

I can't seem to find out how many ball bearings sit in the bottom race of my Vs4 front steering column. I took out my steering column to replace my column...

if its not too much trouble. can you measure the plate on your steering lock. that part that bends out when the key is turned. thanks hector...

I believe there should be 19, it's an 8mm diam ball. If you are in the UK Allstyles do a set in a cage to make it easier to fit, Bill Drake supplies them...

Hi, Bike shops, as in: push bikes with pedals, sell loose ball bearings. I thought, but it's a while since I've built GS 150, that these bearings are the same...
