Glad you contacted us, and congrats on the new UMME chapter!

Let me give you a couple websites that may be helpful to you.  First, UMME's
national site:

I would encourage you to check out the by-laws on our site - they include
information on how a UMME chapter is organized and how it functions.

One thing I will certainly advise you on - Ride - a lot!  Meet less, ride more. 
UMME works because we ride.

Also, let me introduce you to a gentleman named Jim Crocker.  Jim is a
long-timer and is also UMME's webmaster.  He can help you with lots of great
info; tell him I sent you.  Contact Jim at:
