hi we imported a lhd twingo in 2002 and had the speedo altered as required to read mph. now that we have a place in france we would like to send it back there

Thanks guys The problem with replacing the pipe itself is there is a piece of plastic on the back of the wiper arm, near the bottom, that holds the pipe in.
