The only metal I can localy Is one by one square tubing I have a 90amp harbor freight mig which is junk and a 200amp dc engine driven stick welder

Hi Rob: A 3-wheeler is classified as a motorcycle in every state, so you will not have to meet auto safety or equipment standards. After that, it gets muddy.
