A few things come to mind:

- Water injection, a water / alcohol mist is injected just before the intake
manifold.
- Introducing propane to the air intake.
- Both of the above.

Subject: [Toyota Diesel Club] Re: DIesel engine performance module

I think its great when people develop products like this... however I
have an older diesel toyota pickup with 2.2L mechanical injection
pump and injectors. HOW can I increase my power without putting a
turbo on it? My stock exhaust pipe is 1 7/8" diameter, do you think
putting a 2" exhaust and free flow muffler and highflow intake and
filter will increase my power and improve the powerband or will it
hurt my low end torque, power curve and fuel economy too much? I'm
getting new exhaust this week and would be nice to know.

Thanks,
Dave
