I've had pretty good luck with Don Davis out in Arlington for
service. I purchased through Dianne at Carson in CA after having no
luck finding a dealer that knew squat about the car or that didin't
want a huge deposit. Things may have changed now two years later,
don't know and didn't check when ordering my '04. Dianne's won my
future business for Toyota, there's just no comparison.

I personally would advise to stay away from Toyota of Irving for
service. After having their lead Prius tech bold face lie to me and
then discovering later that some of the service items they billed
Toyota for were not done at all my car will certainly not return to
their bays.
