I just ordered a pipe from Circle F for my 73 TM250. Kevin of Circle F informed me that they do make one for a 74-75 and that the 73's cylinder is different...

You might want to check with Jemco...they build pipes for the 1972 TM250, so thee's a good chance they might build one for the 1973 TM250.   Their info... ...
