Hey Guys!

All right, so I have some bikes to sell that I want to get rid of right away. I
would like them
to stay local, so you guys should snatch them up because they are all great
deals! Here's
what we have:

1973 Suzuki TM125: This is the bike that you have all seen for the last three
years. It is
NOT all put together right now. It is basically a roller with the motor out of
it (to get
rebuilt). Everything IS there and there is a whole lot of extra trick stuff.
I've got like 4
grand in this bike. Here is what it comes with:

So here is the master list of TM parts:
- extra set of wheels in ok condition
- TM 125 rolling chassis
- aftermarket steel swingarm
- aftermarket aluminum swingarm
- 2 Webco heads
- one fresh bored stock cylinder
- one fresh bored highly ported cylinder w/ GEM reed valve
- two fresh bottom ends: one with 3 motos, one completely new
- stock pipe
- Retro Rocket pipe
- 1 '75 RM125M pipe (pretty rough)
- 2 PMC Plastic Gas Tanks (one with DG graphics)
- 8 (I think) Wiseco piston kits; various sizes
- 26mm Carb
- 34mm carb
- two airboxes (one stock, one for mod motor)
- two oil tanks
- a whole bunch of other assorted new parts (bearings, seals, gaskets, etc.)
-sidepanels
- one complete front end with Betor forks (in machined out stock TM clamps) and
Ossa Phantom front wheel with new brake shoes, new bearings, and new cable

I would like $1800 for all of this

Next up is my 1977 Suzuki RM125. It is a great bike and is ready to go. I just
finished up
the 2007 AHRMA national season with it and one ll 14 motos I eneterd with the
bike. It is
stock except for the answer silencer and the DG opaque side panels. It comes
with:
- The bike
- a set of brand new, reproduction DG sidepanels
- a set of brand new, original DG sidepanels
- the bike has the Suzuki aluminum swingarm on it (nstead of the stock
steel one)
- lots of brand new spare parts (gaskets, bearings, other original suzuki
odds and
ends)

I would like $1000 for this bike, or $2700 for both the RM and the TM.

Finally, my 1974 Suzuki TM125 four-stroke hybrid. It is a '74 TM125 chassis that
has been
modified to accept a 125cc Suzuki DR motor. I did that conversion mysef, but
don't be
fooled, because it is very well done. It's actually pretty hard to tell that
that motor wasn't
originally in that frame. It is a solid bike and runs very well (although it's
pretty slow, but
that's just its nature). I have raced it numerous times without ANY problems.
This is by far
the most reliable vintage bike I have ever come across. If I can't break it, it
probably can't
be broke. This would make an excellent bike for a wife or girlfriend riding in
the women's
class. It is very easy to start, idles, handles very well, and has plenty of low
torque, so it's
hard to stall. It comes with:
- an extra rolling chassis with everything minus the motor (from the
fourstroke)
- an extra DR125 complete parts motor
- some new OEM Suzuki DR125 parts

I would like $900 for this bike, but I'm a little flexible. Make me an offer

So it would be great if you guys would buy these bikes! It's time to clean out
the storage
unit! Please email me or call me if you have any questions.

retiring would be a much nicer word to describe the possible future events of Mr. Brown's racing career. "quitting" is so negative and derogatory. and yes they sound like some smokin deals. you can park them all next to the Ossa's that are awaiting interment in the black hole....R.I.P.

OK, sorry for not posting the wrong side, cover all the sides but
that one.

Just added a picture in the gallery of the side you are asking for,
but can tell from the descriptions from the many posts that it is, in
fact, a RM125M Race kit cylinder (US only, I get it now).

Also added a photo of the cylinder with the 6 pistons and 23 sets of
rings that will be in the eBay auction.

Thanks for all the input guys.

And dont forget, I have 10,000 NOS Suzuki parts in stock and have
tons of NOS gaskets, pistons, rings, and lots of other stuff to help
with your restorations. You know that rubber rear fender holder that
loops over the frame on the TM's - I probably have 40 to 50 of them
alone!

Hey all,

For you So CAL racers:

The last race of the season at Barona Oaks Nov 10th.
Vintage and post vintage bikes to 1989 on the main track.

I will be putting my 74 TM100 on the track for the first time.
I have been running a 79 CR125 and a 82 RM250 this year. This race it
will be an all Suzuki pit for us, as my buddy will ride his 74 Tm400.

Another event will be running.
Scott Burnworth will be running a Mini Madness 4 stroke event on the
Mini track.

Come to race or watch, should be a fun day of racing or spectating.

good question, going by the loonies on ebay, the sky is the limit. the usual story is it's a second owner bike, could possibly could have been, remotely might have been, in a dream Mr. Decoster looked at it as he pasted by in the pits... of course none of this is verifiable, but... it owuld be safe to assume you have at least an idea of what you would like to get for it. regardless of current market value, or collectability it'w worth what you think it's worth. IE: the Honda CR250 I have is worth to me,...$500.00, my 125 Husky, no one on the planet could afford to purchase it. perhaps you feel that way about your TM 400.

1978, I bought it new, $1547.38. still runs great, still on the original piston! have updated the rear suspension half a dozen times and better brakes but I love that bike. and yes it is a yellow tank. there was one for sale recently in the San Diego area, looked nice enough, the asking price was $1500.00 pretty fair I thought, that means it's still worth what it sold for new...LOL

have updated the rear suspension half a dozen times and better brakes but I love
that bike. and yes it is a yellow tank. there was one for sale recently in the
San
Diego area, looked nice enough, the asking price was $1500.00 pretty fair I
thought, that means it's still worth what it sold for new...LOL

I watched a very clean great running orginal RM125M sell for $1250.00 at mid-ohio this year (I've kicked myself in the a** several times for not buying it). Also I sold one on Ebay about 8 months ago with extra parts for $1850.00. Hope this helps.

good question, going by the loonies on ebay, the sky is the limit. the usual story is it's a second owner bike, could possibly could have been, remotely might have been, in a dream Mr. Decoster looked at it as he pasted by in the pits... of course none of this is verifiable, but... it owuld be safe to assume you have at least an idea of what you would like to get for it. regardless of current market value, or collectability it'w worth what you think it's worth. IE: the Honda CR250 I have is worth to me,...$500.00, my 125 Husky, no one on the planet could afford to purchase it. perhaps you feel that way about your TM 400.

no, they are welded shut at the factory. they are all done. not worth the effort required. I have two RM's also. 77 and 79, and a 82 PE. they all have good suspension on them, Foz airs,or Works  Perf. shocks.

you should have kept the husky, great bikes. built like a rock.

Hey John,
Is there a picture of your TM100 on this site?

I raced my TM100 for the first time today. It ran great. Off the line to the first turn I pulled a 3rd and a 2nd and the gate had mostly 125s on it.

RAY--TRYED TO REPLY TO YOUR POST ON THE RIDE---FOR SOME REASON IT
WILL NOT POST--ITS A PROBLEM ON MY END--HERE IS WHAT I TRYED TO POST--
I red cote all my tanks--make sure that the little filters are on the
tubes in the tank--and also run and change yearly a little inline
torpedo style filter--and also where the carb meets the air intake
boot i always wrap electrical tape under the clamp--and try to change
the boot itself every few years--onlt apx 12.00 at the dealer (NOT
LIKE SOME CLOWN TRYS TO GET FOR THEM ON E-BAY--STARTS OUT AT 25.00)--
because they harden with time--also as i have said before i soak the
little petcock gasgets in brake fluid--and swap them out every year--
gonna try that on an airboot--may keep that soft--but i do not want
to spend 12.00 on brake fluid to save 12.00--only kidding on that--
but will try one this winter--WOW--WISH I COULD FIND A PLACE TO RIDE
4 MILES ACROSS FIELDS----kinda hard to ride any where here--that is
why iam moving out of CT. when i retire--not sure where yet---but
gonna have a full blown grasstrack--and a 1/4 mile short track--been
working most of my adult life to reach this goal--and even if its
only for a few years --well thats ok too--SO TIRED OF BEING TOLD
WHERE AND WHEN I CAN RIDE !!!--and even my little practice track
here --well the horses have been using it and leaving little piles of
haylike stuff that does not taste good---at this point it looks like
PA.--but just hope my health holds up !!!and i take it that you made
out ok with the farmer ???--buzzymx45
