1971 Cadillac S&S Victoria 3-way. I have a 1973 S&S that is almost
identical, save for the rear door hinges, the bumper, and the front
marker lights.
If you are considering modifying or scratch-building, I would
reccomend looking for a 1971 Fleetwood or DeVille Johan promo on ebay
to start. I don't think they made a kit for that year. The Eldorado is
nothing like the hearse.
