Nearly a quarter of a century has passed since the introduction of the Subaru BRAT and it still holds a technological lead over many current production vehicles. It's four wheel independent suspension and robust driveline allow it mobility that you would not expect at first glance. While jacking the BRAT up from the side to rotate the tires, the rear suspension ripped out of the body. Both the torque tube and the mustache bar mounting
