Thanks Antonio for the nice greetings to the group. I also want to
thank you for the extra information you gave me. I do not have
pictures yet but I,m sure its looks like a regular Taunus 12m but it
will vary when I,m completed some what.
I purchased the car knowing it had changes to it. The front suspension
has a late model with disc brakes , the rear end is a ford shortened
rear axle . I have a 302 Ford engine and transmission being built to
install. As far as paint I,m thinking in the lines of a strong
metallic and pearl burgandy with either white or buckskin tan interior.
Now special chrome wheels will be added probably 17 inch but will have
to test first for clearance. The car has an air lift spring system on
it so this will help when the car is in motion. When not in motion it
will prevent theft because it sits down over the tires so low it can
not make any turns.
Now enough about my car. What do you own and whats going on with it?
I read your info and you are in Peru? What part? My wife and myself
are considering a vacation to Peru in the next couple of years we
hope. On our vacation to Thailand 2 years ago we met a wonderful
couple from Lima ,Peru and they told us alot about Peru.
