The Board of Directors of the Southwest Four Wheel Drive Association will hold a
Directors Meeting via conference call on Sunday, May 18, 2008, at 8:00 pm
Central Daylight Time, for the purpose of establishing the agenda and talking
points for the Spring Quarterly Meeting in Clayton, OK, May 24, 2008. Technical
details of the call can be found at the bottom of this message.

BOD Members, advisors, and officer nominees - please respond via the BOD email
list or telephone to the president yes/no/maybe regarding your planned
attendance.

All other interested parties - [if possible] please inform the president if you
plan to listen and/or participate. Anyone with an issue/idea that they believe
should be discussed at a quarterly meeting is encouraged to inform any member of
the board via email or telephone.
