I don't think so. this is one of the first electronic throttle control vehicles.
I would have it take to the dealer and possibly replace this part.

When I lift off the thottle and push in the clutch, the revs climb for
a bit before dropping back down. It seems to happen in every gear.
Kind of scary when you shift at 6k as the revs go to 7k by themselves
before you let out the clutch again. The car has done this since day
one and has about 2k on it. This behavior might actually make the car
easier to drive smoothly but is this normal?
