Hi,

I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jay. I joined this Yahoo
group yesterday.
I am 54 yrs old. I live in Utah. I have been a nut about cars since I was
just a little feller.
I have a blue '04 STi and a red and white '57 Chevy. The Chevy is not a
performance" car
or a muscle car. I've kept it pretty much the way it came off the showroom
floor.

I have not done anything to my STi under the hood. But I have had some
airbush lightning
bolts painted on the sides and the trunk lid. I call it "ghost" lightning
cause it's understated,
only shows up lightly when you get the light on it right. As a result I
call my STi "Blue
Lightning". (The Chevy is "Ol' Texas Red".) I have a few more cosmetic
changes that I
am thinking about. Would be interested to hear what some of you have done
to your STi's.

I mostly enjoy putting my STi and/or my Chevy in local classic car shows.
It raises a few
eyebrows amoung the older guys like me to see a new import in a "classic"
car show.
