I've got a '96 WRX wagon. Can't help you on the
standing 1/4 time, but I recently had the engine
modified with a 'twisted turbo' arrangement. I had the
boost increased to 14 psi, from the factory setting of
7 psi, however I've found that the ecu is limiting the
boost to around 11-12 psi. Additionally I was quite
suprised to find that the wagon has a slightly smaller
turbo than the sedan.
