pull the front covers off the cams(one each side and make sure you havent stripped on of the belts out...Very common on this model.. ( i have 4 of this cars...

look at the belts closely!! the cogs well be missing or rounded..they should be squared shaped.. if it stripped the belts REPLACE THE IDLERS ALSO!!!! WHAT...
