We have just been contacted to inform us of a Stratos which has been
stolen, and we are asking all members to keep an eye out for it. If
you hear anything about it, or even suspect that you know something
about it, please either contact myself, or Forum Member GORDO.

Any assistance in tracing this car would be greatly appreciated, and
all information provided would be treated in strictest confidence,
and investigated diligently.

I have reproduced Gordon's email below, and there is a thread about
it on the forum.

Lancia Stratos hybrid car missing.....

Hello fellow stratos enthusiasts.

Recently we had a car belonging to us stolen, it is a one off lancia
stratos shell, based on a group c2 argo chassis. This car had many
races in the late 80's and early 90's in the uk. We at the moment are
doing our utmost to trace the car, I felt i may try here to see if
anybody has seen, or heard of or has been offered the car. We are
offering a substancial reward to information leading to the recovery
of the car.

The car when it went missing was in need of work to a fire damaged
rear end of the bodywork, The body is kevlar/carbon through-out, it
was a rolling chassis at the time, though would run with a D.F.V v8.

I wish you all well with your projects and keen interest in lancia
and ultimatly the fine stratos. If any of you have any information
