Hi Everyone
Well after 12 hours in the saddle and 10 of those in the rain I arrived
in Port Douglas at 6:40 pm 16/7/08 as a fill in Santa to hand over the
keys and control of Colin's Trike to him. He got his gear on and took
the trike out to play in the traffic (it was late and most of the
traffic was in bed) and took to it like a duck to water. As I am typing
this Colin is making his presents know as I hear the trike motor past
his unite. As it was pointed out Colin is the youngest trike owner in
the club which makes him the baby of the club so he was given the
nickname of "BUBBA" from the man in the far far north Peacock Bob .The
trip took two days 1500 km. So now I go back home by train and put all
the bits of my trike back together so I have a trike to ride, now that
I only have 1 trike at home now.
