You may wish to check if the choke has enabled the jets to return to their seats . This will give a rich mixture...good for starting but a 'hunting' ie rough,

Yep good advice, why dont you replace the usual things (after you get a manual that is). Spark plugs,oil filter, fan belt, coolant and top up the SU pots with
