Turkey day ride. Ride safe so when you get home and are eating Turkey,
you have yet another thing to be thankful for.

Ride: Azusa | Turn right on East Fork | Turn right on GMR (if it's
open), ride through to the front side, take a breather then ride back
to the lookout.
If GMR isn't open, continue up Azusa to whatever gate is closed.
Meet: Mobil on Azusa North of the 210. - 145 N Azusa Ave, Azusa, CA
91702-3547

Meet time: 9am

Weather forecast for 11.22.07 as of 11.20.07 @ 11:55pm:
Azusa: High of 69 degrees
Glendora: High of 68 degrees

Technicalities:
-Only pass another rider when the person in front of you knows you're
there, and do it safely.
-Don't pass another rider while they're passing a car or another rider.
-No stunting near other riders while in motion.
-If you get pulled over by the police/ CHP/Sherrif, the group will
wait for you at the next regrouping point. If you're not there within
30 minutes, someone will casually ride back to see if you're still there.
-Don't push yourself to keep up with someone in front of you, we'll
stop at every major turn for people to catch up.
-If someone crashes, get yourself to a safe place before getting off
your bike. If there's already 4 people stopped for them, continue on
to the next regroup point.
-Don't ride like an idiot.
-Don't ride your own race. Don't ride any race. If you have any kind
of racing mentality in the canyons, get off my ride.
-Pay attention during the ride meeting.
-Names will only be added if you're "in".
-Chatterbox channel: 15-31

We'll be regrouping at the parking lot on the other side of the bridge
on East Fork. If I'm not leading, I'll stop BEFORE the turn to point
people in the right direction. DO NOT STOP BEHIND ME. Continue over
the bridge and pull into the parking lot behind the other riders.

We'll regroup again at the end of East Fork where GMR starts. When
we're passing the campsites on East Fork, slow the fuck down. There
are people and kids that camp and walk around there.

I don't plan on stopping at the top of GMR. I'm going to ride all the
way through to the front side but others are welcome to stop at the
lookout.
