check for fire at the plug..remove the plug, put it in the plug cap and hold it against the head or cylinder..and push the kick start lever down..you should...

if the plug is dry..pull the fuel line from the tank and see if gas comes out the petcock..if not..there's the problem..petcock is clogged..easy enough to...
