Most of the big car companies have been promising car HHO (Hybrid
Hydrogen Oxygen) systems for years. However, where are they? Where are
all these cars that run on water? How come every car doesn't already say
Car HHO on the back instead of DOHC or Turbo? Well the problem seems to
