RVHB communities is for RVers who want to establish a home base during years of active RVing that will remain their community even after RVing years are over. The purpose is to identify existing or assist in the process of developing new such RVHB communities. It is open both to RVers and to real esatate sales representative. This group will be moderated as to who can join. Messages will not be moderated. Originators of messages deemed inappropriate to our purpose will be advised privately. Persistent inappropriate messages by a subscriber will result in removal of that subscriber. We will have at least 3 moderators and a vote by the moderators about whether to bar a subscriber will be taken so as to avoid it being the opinon of just one person.

The home base can be just as simple as an RV lot to a home with a RV garage or port. It must allow fee simple ownership--not lease. Rules of the development must allow construction of a habitable structure, otherwise those who no longer can or want to RV can remain in the community, likely in something like a park model.

Files and data bases will be established to provide info, word and picture, about RVHB community opportunities.
