TV access can be the antenna you have now when close to broadcast
towers, you may need the digital/analog converter after mid Feb.
TV access can be by way of satellite, DirectTV or Dish. Either will need
a dish and receiver for reception. You can use something as simple as
the regular dish and a tripod or there are various automatic or semi
automatic rooftop mount satellite antennas also.
Internet can be accessed normally by way of wi-fi either available all
over some parks or in the office or by way of an internet aircard that
works thru your cellphone provider. We use Verizon and its very popular.
Sprint and others are popular also.
Internet can be accessed by way of a satellite system, a larger dish and
more expensive setup equipment either by way of a tripod or rooftop
mount...about $5,000.00 for a tripod setup (somebody correct me if I'm
too far off on this price).
