Thanks for the input. I guess I always looked at tire pressure as a fine tuning
thing. But it makes sense that if the tire is not optimum, everything else will
always be out of whack.
With that said, I had set the tires with what I "thought" was a pressure in the
range. And I did look at the sidewalls for roll - seeing none. But that
doesn't mean that there wasn't room to lower the pressures, especially on the
fronts.
The next autox is in 3 weeks. Then a track weekend 2 weeks later. So things
should come together by then. Because if nothing else, I will have time to play
with the car at the track. Especially now that I am building confidence in it.
