Hi,

I need advice from Audi owners concerning Audi transmission  problem

I have a 1994 Audi 100. The veficle has 120,236 miles. The car goes
into gear no problem when raised on floor jacks. But when lowered to
the ground the vehicle does not move forward and only moves in reverse.
The question is is this a transmission control module or just that the
transmission is gone and needs to be replaced?

I was advised that the cost of replcing the transmission will cost
around $2000 and that is not affordable for me.
