Ben,
I'm glad you have brakes, and thanks for the tip on Rock Auto Parts.com.
I've gotten some hydraulic parts from my local NAPA (carry in your parts,
and look for the oldest guy there). They can at least make up new brake
lines if nothing else.
Another good source for brake parts, if you live in or near a larger
population center, is a wholesale brake house. Most of them specialize in
truck parts and service to auto shops, but they all have a retail parts
counter and those guys can source or rebuild practically anything. They can
reline your shoes in one day for half the price of anyone else. I've also
seen NOS wheel cylinders and masters on eBay, but you have to exercise a
little faith there and be ready to replace the rubber parts.
Thanks for the post. Good luck with your car.
David

No big projects with my 1960 Plymouth, just finally managed to get all the
Wheels Cylinders changed out last month, having already replaced the Master
Cylinder. Damn! Those bleeping parts have gotten outrageously expensive. The
cheapest supplier I could find, was a place called Rock Auto Parts.com.
