On the subject of cost saving:
We run a ratio of 1:320 acetone to gasoline (4 oz per 10 gal). This
creates a 10% increase in MPG (conservatively) which translates to a
10% savings in fuel.
Therefore, for every gallon of acetone you run through your car, you
save 32 gallons of fuel (10% of 320 gallons).
1 gallon of acetone costs about $10.00
32 Gallons of fuel costs about $64.00
Therefore, for every gallon of acetone used, you save $54.00 (as of
this writing).
Best,
Dave

presenting the concentration of acetone used, I propose that we
present our cost savings in terms of percent increase, and assume a
$2.00 / gallon fuel cost for savings estimate per 100 miles.
