Robert, the closest fuel now is MG Garage in San Mateo, or Western States on south 10th street in San Jose. They both have pumps of B99.
Your best bet for transition is to get a several inline fuel filters and a screwdriver and keep them in your car and know how to change it. Then fill your tank with 5-10% of biodiesel to diesel and drive the tank. Check the filter. If you see lot of crud in filter change it. Next tank put in 20% biodiesel and drive it. Check the filter again. same deal. Next tank put in 50%
then the next tank 80% and then fill her up from the pump. Keep checkin the filter, by the time you get to the higher blends it should be clear.
The next item is to check during this process the fuel return lines. You may need to change them at some point due to leakage. It took a year for mine to go finally. Touch the lines if any clear oily stuff is on your fingers then you will
need to change soon. I had the endcap disintigrate and spray fuel all over the inside of the hood. Also I have a wagon and there is another hose under the spare tire that can leak and should be checked and replaced.
You can get viton tubing from Biofuel Oasis in Oakland. Call ahead of time to make sure she has it in and in your size.
