Hi John,
You'd do well to contact the CU Boulder folks that have already
implemented this on 13 campus buses. Their webpage is
http://www.cubiodiesel.org
I'd guesstimate that you have more than enough campus cafeteria grease
if you run the busses with low biodiesel blends (B20 or lower).
