Hi All,

My OBD2 ISO ELM323 interface and WGIobd11 software type does not read
the ABS or Airbag light MIL on the instrument panel on my 2000 Z3.

The software creator says that all OBD codes are stored in a central
location accessed by 0110 and that his software will read all modes of
OBD B, C, U, P.

Does the BMW systems ECU make it not possible without a GT1, does the
OBD codes for other PID's reside in other locations not accessable with
OBD, do I have to address the functional locations manually to access
the ABS codes?

Why cant an OBD2 reader access the different modes, B, C,U on a BMW?
Whats different about the GT1?

Ethan
