I'm using the Mongoose ISO/CAN interface made by drewtech
(www.drewtech.com). It is J2534 and J2534-1 compliant, so it should
work. BMW has only tested and approved the Actia (and Snap-On which
is made by Actia) device. But, in the instructions, it says that
this 7-8 pin adapter is required. So, even with the Actia, you
can't plug it straight into the ODB port or the 20-pin connector.
