Does anyone have the Actia Passthru XS with the BMW cable kit?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1731 of 1740 |
I'm experimenting with a passthru device (not Actia or Snap-On) on
bmwtechinfo.com, and I'm running into some bus problems. BMW is not
helpful; they say buy the Actia setup.

I think the issue is that I'm missing this "7-8 pin adapter" that's
called for in the BMW guide. I would like to know what exactly it
does - whether it remaps pins or adds a resistor to one or more of the
pins.

Thanks!
