You need the floor out of a ke10, the ke 10 and 15 use the same floorpan. You should be able to un-pick the sections or cut them and weld them in. I did this...
With the pre-load, its basically that each end of the swaybar has been tightened(torqued) to different settings. Its kinda like having different spring rates...
