hi, ... I have a set of double valve springs for some unknown vauxhall (ie. GM) engine that are suitable dimensions for K heads. They don't look that nice...
you get the lifters faced, it usually costs 25-35 bucks call an engine shop around you and get a quote on counterboring the spring seats into the head to suit...
... *shrugs* i paid about 10 bucks for my k - 4k little yellow bible...but that was a few years ago now... in good condition they'd be getting pretty rare ...
