It starts coming on cam around 5,000+ RPM and is glad to keep going till 8,000 which is when the stock valve springs say "hell no" and give up... A cheap rev...

Thanks Jamie. I only have feeler gauges that are in increments of 0.05mm. So adding a thou is a bit of a problem. I've been adjusting them loose at stock...

Where are you James? I got my ke25 (same as 20 I think) carpet from Knox Auto Carpets (Melbourne) they had a mould there and pressed it up for me on the spot....

i have gone down the moulded carpet route twice and all i coudl suggest is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want a neat result flat carpet gives a much better...
